Reservation
Reserve your car in advance. Don't wait for the last moment , especially during high season.
If you are planning to drive out of the country, make sure it is allowed and that there are no special restrictions.
In winter time, please check if you need special equipment like: snow chains or snow tyres.
Insurance
CDW - damage insurance (Excluding excess charge)
SUPER CDW - damage insurance, reduce or cancel the deductible.
TP - theft protection insurance
SUPER TP - theft protection insurance, reduce or cancel the deductible.

None of the above insurances covers the underside and the tyres of the car.
Getting the car
The vehicle booked will stay at the client’s disposal up to 2 hours from the time of booking in case no flight details are provided
At the time of pick up, you will have to sign a rental agreement. At this point the car rental company becomes sole responsible for your car rental. .
An international driving license and international credit card on your name are required at the pick up time.
Make sure you have an emergency telephone number of the car rental company, in case of a breakdown.
In any case of an accident or damage, inform the car rental company and get instructions from them.
Driving abroad
Please obey all driving restrictions and regulations of the country you are visiting.
In case of any traffic fine, make sure you pay it on time.
Returning the car
Always get a copy of your car rental agreement where all check in information is stated.
Fuel
Make sure you know which kind of fuel fits the car you rent. You will be charged for any expenses caused by wrong refueling.
Additional drivers
Any additional driver must sign on the rental agreement. The driver must be present at the pick up location.
Drivers age
In most countries you have to be at least 21 to drive a rented car. In many cases you have to pay extra insurance for young driver 21-25.
