At the pickup point, a physical international credit card in the name of the main driver is required. Ensure available credit for the deposit; debit/prepaid cards are usually not accepted. Keep the card with you until the end of the rental.
Document any damage and vehicle metrics at pickup
Conduct a comprehensive scan, photograph scratches/dents, fuel gauge, and odometer, and make sure everything is noted in the contract. Upon return, ask for confirmation of the vehicle's condition or photograph the return to prevent misunderstandings.
Check opening hours and add flight number
Collection/return outside business hours may include an additional charge or a key drop. Enter the flight number in the booking to allow updates on delays, and check if a shuttle is required to the rental station.
Understand driver conditions and mileage
